◎使用方式:
肉骨茶:排骨1~2斤,川燙過,加入6~8碗水,
蒜頭15~20粒,醬油半匙,適量鹽、味素,煮35分鐘左右即可享用美味健康湯。
藥頭排骨:排骨1~2斤,川燙過,加入米酒1瓶或以半酒半水(可以個人喜好而定)適量鹽、味素,煮熟即可。
